I refer to the book Daughter of the Goddess as my most beloved book. Ahead of its time (1993), the book was among the first of a new genre. It provides a historically based account of the nature and function of the priestess in Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, Rome, Crete and Japan. I am currently in negotiation to turn the book into a series of titles - let's hope the project comes to fruition, this is a subject close to my heart. |
